Arrival and departure
You can start using your rental installation on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure you have to leave the installation before 10 a. m.
Extra tents / party tents
No extra tents or party tents may be placed at the rental installations.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the rental facilities except in some 6-person Comfort Lodges.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all rental installations.
Advantageous cancellation insurance
It is recommended that you take out a cancellation insurance. This can, if desired, be done through Kompas Camping vzw at DVV insurances. Cost price premium: only 4,5% of the total amount of the stay!
Cancellation
In case of total or partial cancellation of the stay, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 57 days before the start of the stay: 30 euros per file
- from 56 to 43 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the rental price with a minimum of 30 euros.
- from 42 to 22 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of 30 euros.
- from 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of 30 euros.
- in the event of cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the stay, as well as in the event of non-arrival: the full rental price with a minimum of 30 euros.
Attention: We only accept written cancellations. The postmarked date of the letter will be considered as the date of cancellation.
