De Panne

The coastal tram takes you to the vibrant shopping town of De Panne - also referred to as the cradle of the sand yacht sport - in half an hour.

The protected district of Dumont, built at the beginning of this century, is located in the centre of the city and offers an overview of the evolution of coastal architecture. The Heritage Walk leads you along it. Of course De Panne is also known for the amusement park Plopsa.
